As soon as I started editing on a Mac many years ago, I never looked back. I have been amazed by Apple products time after time. They have an extremely forward thinking team and I can’t say enough about them.
I know it’s a bit old news by now, but I want to post it anyway. Final Cut X is coming out soon and the new features are going to kill it!
To be honest with you, I did not expect this many changes to be in the new version of Final Cut. After I watched this video, I was absolutely blown away.
Just a quick nutshell here. The New Final Cut X was built from the ground up. It’s an entirely new piece of software. It sounds like it took any and all of the little quirks that the previous Final Cut software had, fixed them, then improved and added features. Almost anything you can think of was included.
One of the new features that stood out to me is the Auto Audio Syncing and the Auto White Balancing upon import! Wow, what a wonderful thing that will be to use.
